i found the staff quite friendly and efficient the staff addressed issues promptly. the location suited my needs well and the tram stop was just a short walk away. i liked that it was easy to reach the city center using public transport. i also found a grocery store close by.
the gym seemed small for a hotel of this standard that was pretty disappointing. the bar area felt a bit impersonal and did not. i also observed children allowed at the bar late one saturday night that added to the unwelcoming feel.

the room was very spacious. it accommodated three people comfortably, a great bonus. having basic kitchen facilities was a great addition too.
we were on the fifth floor, so stairs were a challenge after long days. bar closed all day sunday, we were disappointed
